WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?

It will be bespoke to you. During a free consultation call, we will establish where you are now and what progress you would like to make. You may have one goal or several. You may want to focus on your work life, your personal life or yourself. You may feel clear already about what you want, or altogether uncertain. We will start at where you are, and plot your journey together, forwards and upwards.

Once we are clear about what you want, we will delve deeper to uncover your stepping stones (and potential barriers) to success. This involves questioning and analysis. It may also include closer assessment of your personality characteristics, your core values, what drives you and your “why”. We will examine your strengths and maximise on their potential and we will address any blockers that are in the way.

Sessions can be 1, 1.5 or 2 hours long and work best at 1-2 week intervals. Over a series of sessions, we will help you reach your goals with incisiveness and momentum. We will spark your motivation and light your fire, which will make taking action easier. We will review your progress, and check in on how you are feeling. I always ensure that your mental and physical health and well-being are given priority. After all, you need your strength and vitality to enjoy your win.

The focus of our coaching sessions is steered by you, so that we ensure that they are useful and serve the purpose you need them to. There is no better expert on your life than you.

My coaching style is empathetic, ambitious, straight-talking, at times challenging but always encouraging. I incorporate my knowledge and skills as an educator, a psychologist and a leader, with my training and expertise as an ICF certified Coach.
